On December 3, Professor Hans, Professor Li Wei and the MBA team of David, Deborah, Andrew and Renee from the University of Sydney Business School officially concluded the OzStar strategic positioning analysis project. The MBA team presented the report to the Dr Lei Zhang and the OzStar Team.
Over a period of 5 months the MBA team analysed the company and formed a report, affirmed the company’s transformation into a distribution and brand management company. The team put forward many great ideas and recommendations on the company’s strategic positioning and short, mid and long-term planning, including refining the business model, building brand identity, product selection, establishment and maintenance of relationships with partners, channel management strategy, inventory management and customer demand analysis.
With the assistance of the MBA team, OzStar completed the redesign of the official website, which was officially launched on 22 November. The MBA team then presented the book “Playing to Win. How Strategy Really Works” to Dr Zhang.
